Standard accessories:
Description
This machine is designed for sheet "cutting to length" - stamping – beading for manufacturing insulation pipes and pre cutted blanks for the universal cutting machine type EFM-L. It is installed ready-for-connection on a profile steel frame, consisting of:
- 3-shaft bend feed and straightening unit machine with rubber coated top shaft
- Roller blades for cutting to length
- Stamp unit for stamping connection holes on the longitudinal side of pipes
and for pre cutted blanks for the EFM-L machine
(e.g. from the program isometric sketches) - Hole diameter: 3,3 mm
- Left and right continuously adjustable punching distance 0..80 mm (without seam) and 0..35 (with seam)
- Selectable two row punching on every side
- Conically left and right
Full automatic beading unit with exchangeable beading rollers and mechanically adjustable depth pre-set. Included is:
- 1 set = 2 pairs of beading wheels b = 4 mm
- 1 set = 2 pairs of beading wheels b = 7 mm
For both sides, the option with/without beadings and the depth of the beadings is continuously and separate adjustable.
An uncoiling device type CA 1 or CA 2 is included in a movable design.

- Connection to universal cutting machine type EFM-L: By entering all necessary data into EFM-L (e.g. from isometry programs), FLEX-CUT automatically takes them over via wireless connection and starts to cut them due to calculated length and punches the fastening holes
