Beskrivelse
The beading machine has a welded steel frame. The alloy steel made shafts rotate on roller bearings and the sliding guides are ground.
The large shifting of the moving shaft is in parallel to the steady shaft; this fact allows a variable center distance working and the use of rolls having diameters that differ from the nominal ones.
An oil-hydraulic device controls every operating run; the driving can be handoperated or automatic.
The working speed is selected by a continuous speed variator.
The support table has a vertical traverse driven by reducer and can be locked to sustain the working pieces weight.
The low-tension electrical equipment is contained in a watertight cabinet.
All oil-hydraulic controls are placed inside the frame and make the beading machine compact and sure.
